Professor Andrew Lian
Professor Andrew Lian is the President of the International Association of TESOL & Education (ICTE) and former President of AsiaCALL. He is a Professor of Foreign Language Studies at Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand, and Professor Emeritus at the University of Canberra. He has held positions at Rice University, Western Illinois University, and has decades of experience as a director and department chair in foreign language education.

Language teacher educator with extensive teaching experience in Asia. Published with Cambridge University Press and Springer International.

Specializes in language assessment, ESP, standardized test development, and CEFR alignment.
