Submission & Publication

Outstanding research presented at ICTE 2026 will be selected for publication in Scopus-indexed journals and Springer Nature book chapters.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit abstracts (in English) through the official conference channel. All abstracts will undergo a blind review by the scientific committee.

  • Word Count: 150 – 200 words.
  • Title Limit: Maximum 17 words (Title Case).
  • Keywords: 3 – 5 keywords required.
  • Content: Must include background/gap, context, methods, results, and highlights.

Full Paper Guidelines

Full papers should be between 4,000 – 6,000 words (including references) and follow the APA 7th Edition formatting style.

Note: All papers will go through a systematic double-blind peer review process.

Formats & Requirements

Oral Presentation

15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. International participants may present virtually; local participants are encouraged to present in-person.

Workshop / Demo

45-60 minute sessions focusing on practical demonstrations of AI tools, pedagogical innovations, or research methodologies.

Visual Requirements

PowerPoint presentations must be submitted by August 5, 2026. Templates will be provided upon acceptance.
