We are pleased to announce that the 5th International Conference of TESOL & Education (ICTE 2025) will be proudly hosted by Hanoi University of Industry, in the vibrant capital city of Hanoi, Vietnam, on 15–16 August 2025.

This year’s conference has drawn significant global interest, receiving an impressive 150 abstract submissions from 236 authors representing 26 countries, reflecting the expanding international scope and collaborative spirit of the TESOL and education communities.

With the theme “AI-Powered Language Learning: Innovations and Future Directions,” ICTE 2025 aims to bring together scholars, educators, and practitioners to explore emerging trends in TESOL, applied linguistics, educational technologies, and AI integration in language education.

• The current agenda is tentative and subject to change based on presenters’ availability.
• If your name is not listed in the agenda, kindly contact the conference secretary as soon as possible to confirm your registration and presentation status.
• For those not presenting at the conference but still wishing to submit full papers for publication consideration, please note there is a regular article processing charge (APC) of USD 70 per paper.

🎉 Special Announcement: CALL-EJ Special Issue (Scopus Q1 Journal)

We are proud to announce that selected qualified papers from ICTE 2025 will be considered for publication in a Special Issue of the Computer-Assisted Language Learning Electronic Journal (CALL-EJ) — a Scopus Q1 indexed journal.

📩 To be considered for this opportunity:

• Send your full paper to conference.icte@gmail.com for an initial review.
• If your paper is deemed promising, you will be invited to submit to CALL-EJ for a double-blind peer reviewprocess.

🔁 Already submitted to one of our affiliated journals or proceedings?
If you have submitted your paper to the International Journal of TESOL & Education, International Journal of Language Instruction, or ICTE Proceedings, and now wish to be considered for CALL-EJ, please inform us:

• The journal or proceeding you submitted to
• Your paper title or submission number
  We will conduct an internal assessment and notify you of your eligibility.

Note:

1. The article processing charge for each paper is $189 (only charge after being accepted)
2. Only presenters will have this opportunity to be considered for publication in the Special Issue. Those who do not attend the conference will not obtain this chance.
