Dear authors and colleagues
Before submitting a full paper for consideration for publication in the Proceedings of the International Conference of TESOL & Education (PICTE), we strongly suggest that you must consider the following issues:
When you submit a manuscript to be considered for publication in the Proceedings of the International Conference of TESOL & Education (PICTE), its content must not significantly overlap with any other papers from you or your co-authors’ groups that are under consideration or in press at other journals, with the exception of conference abstracts. We do, however, support the posting of preprints.
If you submit a related manuscript to any other journals while the submission to the Proceedings of the International Conference of TESOL & Education (PICTE) is under consideration, you must send us a copy of the related manuscript and details of its progress towards publication. We reserve the right to decline the publication of a paper even after it has been accepted if it becomes apparent that there are serious problems with the scientific content or violations of our publishing policies.
Every author’s contribution to a research paper should be clearly credited.
You should include a statement in the manuscript that specifies the contribution of each author. We encourage collaboration with scholars and other relevant stakeholders in the locations where the research is conducted and expect their inclusion as co-authors when they fulfill authorship criteria.
The corresponding author should be empowered to act on behalf of all co-authors during the manuscript assessment and publication process.
The corresponding author should confirm that he/she has the authority to act on behalf of all co-authors and that all of the listed authors have agreed to all of the content of the book or article including the author list and author contribution statements.
