Can we create a custom sponsorship package?

Can we bring multiple representatives from our organization?
Yes. The complimentary registrations included with each sponsorship tier are for key representatives. Additional registrations are available at discounted sponsorship rates.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon execution of the sponsorship agreement. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and checks. Early commitment discounts may be available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sponsorships cancelled more than 60 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
How do these prices compare to other regional conferences?
