Our Mission
The mission of ICTE Press is to provide academic professionals, researchers, and educators worldwide a platform to share their teaching experience and research. We publish journal issues, scholarly articles, conference proceedings, books, and theses. We also welcome collaboration with universities and faculties for international conferences and academic publications.
Open Access Policy
We operate under a Gold Open Access model. All content is freely available to readers without charge, in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
Open Access Fees
To maintain high-quality publishing services, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is required to offset the costs of editorial and production activities.
Copyright Ownership
Authors retain full ownership of their work. Articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, allowing for non-commercial sharing and adaptation.
