Signing Ceremony between ICTE Press and Binh Duong University
On the morning of October 14, 2025, at Binh Duong University, a formal signing ceremony was held to establish a strategic partnership between ICTE Press and Binh Duong University.Representing Binh Duong University were:
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Cuong – Vice President of Binh Duong University
• MA. Le Thanh Long – Head of Science Management and Foreign Relations
• Dr. Bui Thi Kim Loan – Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages
• MA. Vu Thi Thuong Thuong – Assistant of Binh Duong University
• Along with lecturers from the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
Representing ICTE Press, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Vu Phi Ho, attended the event in person. The opening speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Andrew Lian, President of the International Association of TESOL and Education, Director of the ICTE Press.
This partnership signifies a meaningful step toward strengthening academic exchange, research collaboration, and international publication opportunities between ICTE Press and Binh Duong University.
