Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing between ICTE Press and the School of Languages and Tourism, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI)

We are pleased to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ICTE Press and the School of Languages and Tourism, Hanoi University of Industry (SLT-HaUI). The MoU was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Vu Phi Ho, Vice President of ICTE Press, and Dr. Hoang Ngoc Tue, Rector of the School of Languages and Tourism, Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam, mark a significant step toward strengthening academic cooperation in the fields of TESOL, Education, Linguistics, and Language Teaching.

This collaboration aims to foster mutual understanding and support through a variety of initiatives, including:

• Joint research projects in TESOL, pedagogy, translation, interpretation, language assessment, and educational quality assurance;

• Collaborative publication efforts, allowing SLT-HaUI scholars to publish in journals such as the International Journal of TESOL & Education, International Journal of Language Instruction, and ICTE Conference Proceedings, with a publication fee discount for members affiliated with SLT-HaUI;

• Academic conference co-organization, with both parties jointly hosting seminars, workshops, and international conferences.

This MoU will be effective for a three-year term, with opportunities for renewal and future expansion of collaboration. Both institutions are committed to promoting academic excellence, cross-institutional networking, and professional development for scholars and educators in Vietnam and beyond.
