This was a big step forward for academic cooperation and international collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from both sides for signing event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Long<\/strong>, Rector of UFLS \u2013 University of Danang, representing Party B.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Vu Phi Ho<\/strong>, Vice President of the International Association of TESOL &amp; Education (IATE), on behalf of ICTE Press (Party A).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the MoU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The agreement is a statement of intent to\u00a0<strong>foster mutual understanding, cooperation, and academic excellence<\/strong>, without creating a binding legal or financial relationship. Both parties expressed their shared vision of advancing education, research, and publication in the fields of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Language &amp; Linguistics<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>TESOL and Pedagogy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Language Education<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Language Assessment &amp; Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Translation, Interpretation, and Cultural Communication<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Research Collaboration<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Joint research projects in TESOL, linguistics, AI in education, and pedagogy.<\/li>\n<li>Shared expertise and resources, with opportunities to secure\u00a0<strong>joint research funding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Publication Collaboration<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-authorship of articles, books, and chapters with equitable recognition.<\/li>\n<li>Publication opportunities through ICTE Press journals and proceedings, including:\n<ul>\n<li><em>International Journal of TESOL &amp; Education<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>International Journal of Language Instruction<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>International Journal of AI in Language Education<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ICTE Conference Proceedings<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Double-blind peer review<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure high academic standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conference Collaboration<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-organization of international conferences, seminars, and workshops in TESOL &amp; Education.<\/li>\n<li>Jointly agreed responsibilities on hosting, sponsorship, and logistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confidentiality &amp; Duration<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Both parties commit to protecting sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>The MoU is valid for\u00a0<strong>three years<\/strong>\u00a0from the signing date, with the option to renew by mutual agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This partnership helps UFLS-UD&#8217;s global academic network and ICTE Press&#8217;s goal of spreading research and encouraging new ways of learning. The partnership will give faculty, researchers, and students more chances to do high-quality research, publish internationally, and share ideas with other academics.<\/p>\n<p>This MoU shows that both sides are committed to building bridges between Vietnam and the international academic community in language education, research, and publication.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
